1. How long does shipping take?

Since we work with trusted global suppliers, shipping times may vary. Orders usually arrive within:

  • United States: 2–4 weeks

  • International Orders: 3–6 weeks
    Delays may occur during holidays or due to customs.

2. How much is shipping?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, no minimum required.

3. Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (when available). Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable: Personalized or engraved collars (unless defective).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@happytailcollars.com with photos, and we’ll make it right.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been received. Please double-check your selections before completing your purchase, as all sales are considered final after checkout.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide, and shipping is free. However, please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.

8. Are the collars safe for my dog?

Yes — we carefully source collars designed with your dog’s comfort and safety in mind. Always supervise your pet while wearing a collar and ensure the correct fit (you should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck).
